I am about halfway through reading the Kindle version of this book; there is a lot of valuable information about strategies to use for the purpose of marketing your fledgeling photography firm. A lot of the tips and strategies focus on free or low-cost ways to generate business leads and clients.I did, however, find the numerous glaring stylistic, grammatical and punctuation errors somewhat distracting while reading this book - the errors made it sometimes difficult to understand what the author was trying to say. Occasionally a word is left out of a sentence. I am guessing many of these errors are attributed more to a lack of thorough proofreading and editing rather than errors made by the author.Bottom line: I would still recommend this book for anyone looking to make their photography hobby into a business... it is reasonably priced and contains a lot of valuable information.

I find it strange that the author sends you complimentary PDFs that has so many broken links and outdated information when it comes to equipment. Also I find it strange that almost all of the links are affiliate links without telling the reader about this. An honest author would tell the reader that clicking on this link will give the author money. The newest videos on various of the homepages with tips and tricks are from 2012 and many from 2005 - 2010. Software, equipment has changed a LOT over the 2-3 past years, so it is a shame that people are sent to these outdated sources. Although a lot of the techniques still apply the presentation could have been a lot more up to date with software and equipment.The printed book which I bought could have been with half the numbers of pages and thus half the cost. The writing is with a large font, the space between the lines is big etc.The author seems to try to cover way too much in a small book like this.I would buy something more specific if I were to enter a photography business. One cannot get in depth in this book on any of the subjects really. If you want to enter wedding photography, buy a specific book on that, not a generic book that covers the whole business. That is my advice.

When I revived this book I was purplexed on how bazaar it was designed. The font size was huge and spaced like it was printed for people with bad eye sight..... kind of counter productive for a book about starting a photography business to be designed for people with bad eye sight.Then as I started reading the book it sounded like a high school essay.Then I saw the pictures in the book. They all look like they were lifted off the internet and stock photos. They were flat and generacly cropped in the standard layout of Microsoft word.This is the last time I’m ever buying an ebook

I read it in one sitting. The writing style was informal and easy to read. The information covered more than I thought it would. I would recommend it to photographers starting out not sure on where to focus their efforts.

This “book” was an attempt to cover a broad subject but all it managed to achieve was fill some digital space. It’s chock full of bad legal advice such as “an LLC is never right for a photography business”. Don’t waste your time on this.

Thoroughly pleased with the book. Would recommend. One of my first reads as a professional photographer, will review more from this author.

Very useful book for all your questions on the matter. Would buy again. Recommend.
